The Christian Science Reading Room in Cocoa is a quiet, welcoming place for prayer, study, and spiritual growth. Whether you are new to Christian Science, exploring questions about God, or simply seeking a peaceful place to read and reflect, you are warmly invited to visit. Our Reading Room is open to the community, and offers a place to pause, pray, ask questions, and discover more about God’s love and healing presence in our daily lives.
Here you can study the Bible, learn more about Christ Jesus’ healing ministry, and explore Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science. This book explains the spiritual basis of Christian healing as taught in the Bible and shows how healing through prayer is relevant today.
The Reading Room also serves as a bookstore and resource center, offering Bibles, Science and Health, writings by Mary Baker Eddy, Christian Science periodicals, Bible study materials, children’s books, pamphlets, and other inspirational resources.
A friendly attendant is available to answer questions, help you find resources, or simply give you space to explore on your own. Everyone is welcome!
